Here we have another unusual and rare beast. A 7 1/4" gauge twin cylinder Heisler loco. Fitted with a steel boiler, (which can of course be given a full and fresh hydraulic test and steam test). The loco is currently set up for gas firing, with the large gas bottle carried in one of the two carriages that are available to buy with the loco. It would be perfectly possible to drop out the gas burner and fit a grate though, so she could be converted here in the works to coal firing for you with relatively little effort if you'd prefer.

We often photograph models pretty much as they come in to us, and then when someone phones to say they are interested we pull the model into our workshops and make sure everything is tested, sorted and ready to go. So if you see the odd model photograph with a fitting missing or a return crank in the wrong place, that's just how it came in and certainly not how it will leave.
